The team at Officeinsight are pleased to announce that we have recently won the contract to undertake an office refurbishment project in Warrington.
The consultation, planning and design process was undertaken and in less than a month Officeinsight was given the ‘green light’ to go ahead with the office refurbishment. The project has been split into 4 phases; this means that all the staff can remain on site with little disruption throughout the project.
Elements included in the refurbishment project are; a new refurbished reception area, new canteen and break out areas, kitchen and tea point facility, a boardroom, director’s suite, a conference room, new refurbished toilets and washrooms. Over 1,000 square feet of office space is being refurbished and a total of over 100 workstations were included in the refurbishment package.
