This year has seen the Officeinsight team go from strength to strength, with the completion of several large commercial design projects, some new faces and of course plenty of new clients and suppliers. Lets take a look at the key events which made 2019 a memorable year for Officeinsight…
Our own office!
Aside from delivering inspirational spaces for our clients, the Officeinsight team were working behind the scenes to transform our new Altrincham HQ into a space where our team would enjoy working. To make the space that bit more special, every Officeinsight team member from Accounts to Project Management were given the opportunity to propose design ideas and artwork for our wall graphics, allowing everyone the chance to leave a lasting mark on our new office.
A few new faces…
In April we welcomed Marcus to the Officeinsight team to handle our Marketing activities. Marcus has been working hard behind the scenses to come up with our 2020 marketing campaigns which we can't wait to launch in the new year!
Ashley joined Officeinsight as the Head of Projects to oversee and advise on how we can further improve our project delivery experience. Ash's extensive industry knowledge and expertise has given our project delivery procedures some fresh new ideas, which are already helping our designers and project managers to deliver projects consistently on-time and with as few snags as possible.
We were delighted to have been named as Mixology North 2019 Finalists for our successful Hermes Design and Build project. Despite not winning, both the Officeinsight and Hermes teams were buoyed by the recognition received for the hard work put into one of Officeinsight’s most exciting projects to date. We have some exciting projects in the pipeline which we look forward to submitting for various awards in 2020.
And Many Completed Projects
Throughout 2019 the Officeinsight team delivered many projects for a whole host of companies, ranging from international titans of industry such as Grundfos Pumps and Hermes, to some of the North West fastest growing businesses, such as Digital Forensics Specialists Cyfor and recruitment company 360 Resourcing Solutions. Take a look at a small selection of our completed projects below:
The start of the year saw the team deliver the interior fit out for robotics software company Blue Prism’s new 18,000 sq ft office in Warrington. A forward-thinking company requires a forward-thinking space and that’s exactly what the Officeinsight team delivered for Blue Prism.
The overall goal of this office space was to attract the best development talent for the client through designing a space which has a real ‘WOW’ factor. In response we created a variety of working areas spread across each of the three floors, each with a unique feel to accommodate every possible working style for Blue Prism’s team of techies.
May saw the completion of the Hermes ‘TechHub’ project, one of Officeinsight’s most exciting design and build projects to date. This 6500 sq. ft space in Leeds is a centre of innovation for the client, where Hermes’ team of software developers focus on finding new and exciting way of improving the courier logistics industry.
The result is a homely space filled to the rafters with technology, with multiple meeting areas such as the outdoor terrace, bar area and breakout spaces, all designed to encourage collaboration between throughout the office.
We were tasked with delivering a fit out which would bring Grundfos Pump’s northern customer facing office up to the same standard of their UK HQ, meanwhile providing staff with a great environment to work within.
Grundfos branding is used extensively throughout the design, from the wall graphics to the water feature designed to represent their world-renowned pump manufacturing operations. The large breakout space provides a comfortable getaway from the first-floor office.
We rounded off 2019 with one of our more unique projects. Virtalis develop virtual reality technologies for industrial applications, allowing their clients to go to dangerous locations such as the deep ocean depths from the comfort of Virtalis’ Trafford Park demonstration room.
Our designers created a space which delivered two contrasting experiences. For the employee, several science fiction easter eggs and collaborative areas combine to create a fun, relaxed experience which encourages creativity. A professional, corporate experience was created for clients from industries such as nuclear engineering and aeronautical engineering, where expectations of professionalism are high.
Of course we wouldn't have been able to deliver so many brilliant projects without the help of our clients, contractors and suppliers, so from everyone at the Officeinsight team we'd like to say a big thank you!
We'd like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a prosperous new year!
